baking corner.
i did some pretty tasty muffins yesterday :)

recipe:
*2 eggs
*2 cups of flour
*1 cup of sugar
*1/4 cup of butter(oil)
*2 spoons of baking powder

**by taste you can add different essences: vanilla,coconut,different fruits,chocolate,maple syrup,rum etc.

how is done:
you mix the butter,the eggs,the sugar and the essence you choose.
in a different bowl you mix the flour with the baking powder.after tha you mix them together while adding milk until you get a smooth mixture.
you put the cupcakes paper in the pan and in the hot oven.
after about 20-30 min they are done.( you can check out with a toothpick)
